This webside contains the primary Affymetrix U95A gene chip hybridization data used in the above analysis in two forms:

1.)  Affymetrix CEL files.

2.)    The “average differences” / “signals” and the A, M or P calls of the respective samples as obtained by analyzing CEL files using Microsoft Analysis Suite (MAS) 5.0 with standard parameters and TGT=2,500. Of note, the “average differences” used for the analysis described in the present manuscript were obtained with MAS4.0 (TGT=2,500); we here chose to deposit primary data analyzed with MAS5.0 to allow future comparisons. The respective “signals” of the probe sets are ordered as in the Affymetrix CHP file; of note, the “spike control” probe set values are omitted.

The primary data of the four Hodgkin cell lines and the four normal B-cell subset (5 CB, 5 CC, 5 naïve, and 5 memory B-cell samples) correspond to those used in: Schwering et al. 2003. Loss of B-cell specific gene expression program in Hodgkin and Reed/Sternberg cells of Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Blood 101:1505-1512.
