This web site contains the primary Affymetrix U95A gene chip hybridization data used in the above analysis in two forms:

 

1.)  Affymetrix CEL files.

 

2.)    The “average differences” / “signals” and the A, M or P calls of the respective samples as obtained by analyzing CEL files using Microsoft Analysis Suite (MAS) 5.0 with standard parameters and TGT=2,500. The respective “signals” of the probe sets are ordered as in the Affymetrix CHP file; of note, the “spike control” probe set values are omitted.
